AAPI Youth Ambassadors Program
Who We Are
The AAPI Youth Ambassadors Program (AAPI YAP) is a youth led, nonprofit organization that is based in Howard County, Maryland. We aim to contribute to our local communities and represent the AAPI community through our volunteering and community service.

Youth Garden
The Youth Garden Program grows various kinds of organic fruits and vegetables for donation to charities.
Environmental Group
The Environmental Group is an environmental advocacy group. It focuses on student-led projects to help the environment.
YAP Shares
The YAP Shares group participates in community outreach through various planned events.
YAP Advocacy
YAP Advocacy aims to increase the representation of Asian American and Pacific Islander communities by appealing to lawmakers and making people more aware of the AAPI community.
YAP Band
The YAP Band plays music at many different events. The group seeks to spread AAPI culture through its music.
Project Look at Me
Project Look At Me advocates for people with "invisible illnesses" that might not be noticed by other people.
